Awards
Detective Randy Lesser of the Spokane Police Department has been selected to receive the Law Enforcement Commendation Medal and Certificate

Calvin Groth, a member of the Spokane Fire Department Technical Rescue Team, has been selected to receive the Fire Safety Commendation Medal and Certificate. We plan to present these medals and certificates to these individuals at our March 10th meeting.

Eric Chow has been chosen to receive the Bronze Good Citizenship Award and Certificate from Spokane Chapter No. 1, SAR, at the Sea Cadet banquet on January 21, 2006. Secretary Ellingson will make this presentation.
Events
On February 7th and 21st, Neil Hyde and Bill Peachee will attend and give out lapel pins to new citizens at the Federal Building in Spokane.
